Shipping & Return Policy

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders within India should be with you in 4-7 working days. International orders will take anywhere from 

10 – 15 days depending on the destination and customs. You can track your order through a link on your 

 shipping confirmation e-mail once the order has been placed.

I'm having problems with the tracking ?

In a few cases, our shipping partner may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment. If your tracking 

number isn’t updated or is invalid, please write to us as soon as you can at info@shopreecee.com. We’ll assist 

you right away.

How can I edit my shipping address?

Email us at info@shopreecee.com if you’ve entered the wrong shipping address while placing your order.

We’ll make the edit at our end.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you had a less than fabulous experience with your Reecee product. Write to us at info@shopreecee.com 

with your order number and the product/s you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Write to us at info@shopreecee.com and we’ll amend our mistake right away.

What products can I exchange?

We will gladly exchange products that are damaged or defected, unused with all the original packaging intact, and have been purchased 

in the last 14 days. We don’t do partial returns or exchanges on personalized items and sets and kits.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your parcel has been shipped. When

your parcel has reached the destination country, it is best to track it with your local carrier/postal service.

What if I don't pay custom charges?

Your order will be returned to us and we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. If you still want your order

after your item has been returned to us, we are happy to send it back at an additional cost. For this, we need your 

original package back with us before we can send it out again.
